FileSwapGlobal: transforming information management through machine learning and AI.

We provide a totally secure technology platform which empowers organisations to substantially streamline any document intensive process. Our solution has been designed to be inherently flexible and can be rapidly deployed with no disruption to normal working processes.

Built on our partnerships with the artificial intelligence departments of Oxford, Cambridge and Stanford universities, FileSwapGlobal has the ability to identify, understand and interpret linguistic meaning. It grasps a huge lexicon of natural language through its reasoning algorithms. It uses this ability to then apply a range of rules and logic to any document. Then it rapidly directs sections of a document to the relevant individuals, or teams of people, in any part of the world.

Once they have amended that section, FileSwapGlobal immediately re-compiles that portion of the document and retains the change in a secure ledger.

FileSwap can do much more than this. It has the built-in ability to learn. Our clients can use their existing document management system or database to train FileSwap. In this way, it becomes fluent in an organisation’s colloquial language and becomes the natural link between all functions of an organisation, its staff and its customers and markets.

Deploying FileSwapGlobal could not be simpler.

Our experts work with the client to identify where they would like the application to be applied and the level of streamlining they want to achieve. This could be on single or multiple workflows.

Once installed, we configure FileSwapGlobal to integrate with existing internal processes and procedures and includes integration with other applications and middleware. You the client will be part of this process and it is you who decides how much or how little integration you want. At any point, you can change this configuration. Our aim is to make sure FileSwapGlobal can easily adapt in line with the changing needs of your business.

FileSwap comes with a core Lexicon, but to get the maximum benefit we advise our clients to augment this and train FileSwap with their own documents. This is a simple and automated process, similar to uploading a file. The core AI will read the documents and then allow you to apply meaning to areas it might not immediately understand.

FileSwapGlobal’s offering includes free support and advice; all updates to the core AI technology are supplied free of charge. In fact, as more documents are added, across multiple markets and jurisdictions (many in local language), the intelligence and capability grows exponentially.
